本文研究 A.M.古尔维奇拟定的1957年苏联锅炉炉膛热力计算标准方法。文中首先综述了炉膛传热计算的复杂性。其次指出,原标准计算方法存在的问题,并对炉膛黑度,受热面污染系数和最大温度区给予详细地分析。最后,通过多台锅炉的计算示例,作者对原计算标准和修改方法的水平给予评价。

In view of the dust hazard to underground safety in production and to worker's health, an investigation on total duat and respirable-dusi under mine meteorological conditions was made by the authors by using principles of aerodynamics and statistics. The boundary of their concepts was defined. Thousands of measurements were made of the airborne dust at 2166 dust producing points of 227 coal faces and heading faces in 8 mines in Shuangyashan coalfield, by using two types of new instruments for monitoring and microscopes for particle analysis. As a result, relation of respirable dust and the total dust by percentage and the peak value of particle size of respirable dust are found. The feasible measures for prevention and control of respirable dust is understood. The recent results of prevention and control of pneumoconiosis both at home and abroad are investigated. The method for calculating the permissible concentration of total dust and respirable dust is established which is based on the quantity of dust deposited in the lung of patients who died of pneumoconiosis.

鉴于煤矿粉尘对井下安全生产和工人身体健康的危害,作者运用空气动力学和统计学原理,对矿井气象条件下的全尘和呼吸性粉尘进行了深入研究,明确了两者间的概念界限,并通过两种型号全新仪器的井下对比性监测,显微镜下逐粒分析和计算机程序处理,对双鸭山煤田具体条件下的8对生产矿井,227个采掘工作面,2166个产尘作业空间的飞扬粉尘进行数千次观测研究,从而得出了呼吸性粉尘与全尘的百分比关系,找出了呼吸性粉尘的粒径峰值;弄清了防治呼吸性粉尘的可行措施。同时还研究了国内外尘肺病防治的最新成果,根据煤、矽肺病患者死亡肺内粉尘沉积量推算出煤矿全尘、呼吸性粉尘安全卫生允许浓度标准的计算方法。
