Reduction of three cyclic iodonium salts, 3, 6 - dinitrodibenzopyriodon-ium bisulfate (Ⅰ), 3,6 - dinitrodibenzo-p-oxo-pyriodonium bisulfate (Ⅱ)and 3, 6-dinitro-dibenzopyrroiodonium bisulfate (Ⅲ) with potassium orsodium borohydride in dimethyl formamide-methanol solution results in2-iodo-4, 4′-dinitrodiphenyl-methane, m. p. 108~9°, 2-iodo-4, 4′-dinitrodi-phenylether, m.p. 115~6°, 2-iodo-4, 4′-di-nitrobiphenyl (isolated as 2-iodo-4, 4′-diaminobiphenyl dihydrochloride, m.p. 193~4°), respectively.The conditions for reduction were examined. A new cyclic iodonium salt, 3, 6-diacetamidodibenzo-pyriodonium sulfate(Ⅵa), in.p. 208~9°, was prepared by oxidation and cyclization withpotassium persulfate in concentrated sulfuric acid from 2-iodo-4, 4′-diaceta-midodiphenylmethane, m.p. 198~200°, which in turn was obtained from2-iodo-4, 4′-dinitro-diphenylmethane by usual tin-hydrochloric acid reductionand acetylation. The diacetyl groups of the iodonium cycle (Ⅵa) werehydrolyzed with 40~50% slfuric acid, and the product was isolated as iodidesulfate (Ⅶ), m. p. 188~190°. The preliminary pharmaceutical works showedthat the 3, 6-diacetamido dibenzopyriodonium sulfate (Ⅵa) had some hypote-nsive action to dogs.

In this paper we report an improved method of synthesis of epiiodohy-drin. The epiiodohydrin was prepared with yield 80-96% via the reaction of epichlorohydrin with KI in saturated aqueous solution at 75℃ for 1 hr. The influence of some factors, such as raw materials ratio, reaction time and temperature, on the yield in this reaction and the complexing properties of epihalohydrins with potassium picrate have also been investigated.

本文报导一种合成环氧碘丙烷的改进方法。用环氧氯丙烷直接与碘化钾饱和水溶液在75℃下反应一小时,环氧碘丙烷的收率可达80—96%。还研究了反应物用量此、反应温度和反应时间等对产率的影响,并测定了卤代环氧丙烷对苦味酸钾的络合能力。

制备了一种新的碘杂环化合物:3,6—二[二甲氨基]二苯并对氧碘六环盐(Ⅳ).当以DMF为溶剂时,利用硼氢化钾还原3.6—二硝基二苯并对氧碘六环硫酸氢盐(Ⅰ)制备2—碘—4,4′—二硝基二苯醚(Ⅱ),产率可达50%。
