Fragrant polymer composite was prepared by adding fragrance mother batch that was obtained through mixing the essence of jasmine or sandalwood and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS) resin with twin-screw extruder into ABS matrix. The factors influencing the volatility of essence in fragrance mother batch and the effect of fragrance mother batch content on the mechanical properties and processibility of ABS were investigated. It was found that the volatility of essence was greatly affected by the nature of essence, the compatibility between essence and ABS matrix, the processing procedure, and the exotic environment. With the addition of essence lower than 5 phr, the mechanical properties of the composite showed only slight change, while the processing property was improved and the fragrance could be maintained for more than half a year.

茉莉花香精、檀香香精等为原料,通过双螺杆挤出机制得香母料,将其添加到(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)基体中制得散香型ABS。考察了香母料中香精挥发性的影响因素,以及香母料用量对ABS力学性能、加工性能的影响。结果表明,香精本身的性质、香精与ABS基体的相容性及其加工工艺和外部环境对香精挥发性有较大影响;香母料用量在5份以内时对ABS的综合力学性能影响较小,且对ABS的成型加工有利;制得的散香型ABS的香味能持续半年以上。

This paper introduced those fragrant ingredients from Jasminum sambac(L.) Aiton.introduced by Yunnan province which were extracted by vapor distillation-ether extraction,and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).46 components was identified and accounted for 99.9005% of the total fragrant ingredients.This scientific data of components in fragrant ingredients was in the interest of further development of the essence of Jasminum sambac(L.) Aiton.

采用水蒸气蒸馏-乙醚萃取法对云南引种食用茉莉花中芳香性成分进行了提取,并用气相色谱-质谱联机技术对其中化学成分进行分析鉴定.共鉴定出46种芳香性有机成分,占茉莉花挥发油提取物总含量的99.900 5%.通过对食用茉莉花芳香性成分的分析,为茉莉花香精香料的开发提供了依据.
