     In order to improve the accuracy of iodinated salt analysis, the quality control was applied in the analysis for providing residents with qulified iodinated salt. The regular detecting process of iodinated salt was made quality control by quality control figures ( R,x Control Figure). Results showed that total of 2 187 samples from 85 batches were made quantitative analysis and except one batch beyond the warning limit, the others were within the control.
     碘盐质量直接影响到碘缺乏病防治工作进程 ,为保证居民食用合格的加碘盐 ,将质量控制方法应用于碘盐分析中 ,以提高碘盐分析的准确性 ,采用质量控制图 (x- R,x-控制图 )对日常碘盐检测过程进行质量控制 ,结果表明 ,两年间对 85批计 2 187份盐样定量分析 ,除一批超过警告限外 ,基余均在控制状态之内。

ObjectiveIn order to find out the current pr oblems of the market and the consumption of the non-iodized salt and its affec ted regions, so that a series of measures will be performed.MethodsThe iodine concentrations in salt were detected by the method of direct titration with criteria in GB/T 13025.7-1999,in which the values for non-iodized salt was set as below 5 mg/kg and the affected regio ns below 90% in the coverage rate of consuming iodized salt.Results The coverage rates of non-iodized salt were more than 10% in Xizang, Xinjiang, Hainan, Qinghai and Ningxia. And the refined and other types of salt made up the predominant part in 6 641 samples of non-iodized salt. Ninety-five regions wi th consuming non-iodized salt were found, including 19 non-endemic areas(20%), 48 endemic areas(50.5%),28 regions(29.5%) with uncertainly historical endemic a reas.ConclusionsThe problem which non-iodized salt was sol d in IDD endemic areas is still relatively serious and wide. Therefore, the man agement of salt marketing must be strengthened to ensure sustainable elimination of IDD.

目的 发现中国非碘盐问题和问题地区。方法 碘盐检测采用GB/T 13 0 2 5.7-1999直接滴定法。①非碘盐判定标准 :<5mg/kg ;②非碘盐问题地区 :加碘盐覆盖率 <90 %的地区。结果 在省级水平西藏、新疆、海南、青海、宁夏 5省份的非碘盐率超过 10 %。在全国发现的 6641份非碘盐中 ,精制盐和其它盐种占主导地位。全国发现非碘盐问题地区 95个 ,其中 ,非病区 19个占 2 0 % ,轻病区以上的 48个占 50 .5% ,历史病区类型不详的2 8个占 2 9.5%。结论 非碘盐冲销碘缺乏病轻、中、重病区的现象依然存在且相当广泛 ,提示我们应该对这类地区给予高度重视 ,保证碘缺乏病的可持续性消除
