用山西省大同市同家梁原煤为煤液化原料,本试验是在自己设计的23ml微型高压釜中进行。煤液化条件为:①用葸油为溶剂,②不用催化剂,③反应温度390—450[℃],④氢气初始压力40—100[公斤/厘米~2],反应时间10—120[分]。最高煤的液化率是比较低的,约为60%(无水无灰基)。

本文用间歇式微型高压釜对溶剂和催化剂在我国若干煤种液化过程中的作用进行了试验。结果表明,在液化溶剂的选择中,供氢性大小是一个重要因素,同时要考虑溶剂与煤在结构、组成上的适应性;煤液化催化剂与煤种有一定的适应性,确定一种液化原料煤后,要选择合适的可弃性催化剂,必须通过实验,因地制宜。

Tlie effects of nine irons or iron-containing residues on the catalytic liquefac tion of lignite are investigated. The experiments are carried out in a microau- toclave with the mixture of tetralin and decalin as the so1vent.The initial hydro- gen pressure is 6.0 MPa, reactioh temperature 410℃,reaction time 30 minutes. The influences of some variables are also studied. The catalytic liquefaction mechanism of two ores are studied with Mossbauer spectroscopy.
