Based on three experiments, this study examined whether behavioral and histological effects of fetal septal or hippocampal grafts placed in the denervated hippocampus depend on the duration of post-grafting delays.
      
Our results suggest that graft-induced recovery from behavioral effects of fimbria-fornix lesions may depend on both the type of tissue implanted (hippocampal vs septal) and the post-grafting delay (1-2, 5-6 and 10-11 months).

The growing apices of axillary buds of M4、 M7、 M26 of malus baccata and M.prunifolia apple rootstocks before and after germination were cul-tured in MS medium containing BA 0.5ppm. Then they were cultured in rooting medium(l/2 MS medium con-taining IAA 1.0~1.5ppm), and when they grew to more than 2 cm high, they were used as rootstocks for grafting.The growing apices of axillary buds of 'Fuji', 'Golden Delicious' and 'Tianhuangkui' apples were cultured in MS medium containing BA 2.0ppm,and obtained plant-lets of more thanlcm in height which were used as scion varities. The rootstocks and scions were grafted in vitro. Three grafting methods and three plant regulators applied on graft union were compared. The result showed that there was higher survival rate by inserting graftage with l00ppm ZT or GA applied on the graft union. . The survival rate with ZT was 40.7~82.1%, with GA 39.1~54.3%. The grafted plantlets were light-cultured continuously in rooting medium for about 3 weeks, then sand-cultured for 2~3 weeks, finally planted in soil. The survi-val rate was 26.7~56.9%。

用MS培养基附加BA0.5ppm接种萌动前后的M_4、M_7、M_(26)、山定子、圆叶海棠等苹果砧木的腋芽生长点,在25~30℃温度下通过暗培养和光照培养,获得分化绿苗,再转接于1/2MS培养基附加ⅠAA1.0~1.5ppm的生根培养基上,长成苗高2厘米以上的生根苗,做为离体嫁接用砧木,另用MS培养基附加BA2ppm,接种富土系、金冠系和甜黄魁等苹果品种的腋芽生长点,培养分化出高1厘米以上的绿苗,做为接穗品种,进行离体嫁接。嫁接中对比了三种接法和三种接后滴抹接合部的植物激素。结果表明,采用插入接并于接合部滴抹100ppmZT或GA有较高的成活率。插入接滴ZT的成活率为40.7~82.1%;插入接滴GA的成活率为39.1~54.3%。嫁接苗继续在生根培养基上光照培养3周左右,经砂培2~3周,再转入土壤培养,成活率为26.7~56.9%。

The seed-stock grafting of T. grandis reported for the first time in grafting technique in our country is a grafting method which inserts the scion directly into the fissure of the cotyledons of the seed. It has been proved through experiments that this method has a high survival rate reaching 80% above, all in vigorus growing condition after grafting, in addition the period is shortened by 2-3 years. Therefore this method is considered of value and feasible to propagate rapidly seedlings of good T. grandis...

香榧种砧嫁接是将接穗直接插入子叶合缝线内的一种嫁接方法,这在我国嫁接技术上尚是首次报导。其主要方法是:采集成熟种子,经湿沙贮藏完成生理后熟并层积催芽,胚根长1.5厘米左右时作种砧;选取优树树冠外围发育健壮的一年生侧枝作接穗,穗长10~15厘米,粗0.25~0.3厘米,楔形削面长1.2厘米;冬季接后假植,翌春移植圃地,成活率可达80%以上,成苗率可达76%以上。育苗时间比普通枝接苗缩短2~3年,成本降低50%左右。同时,催芽、嫁接、假植工序可在室内进行,操作简便,易为群众掌握,是一项适合生产上推广应用的嫁接新技术。
