真空蒸镀炸药为爆炸网络提供了一种小尺寸装药技术。探究炸药成膜机理对研究薄膜炸药的爆轰性能有重要意义。本文以太安作为被蒸镀材料 ,在实验室条件下进行热蒸发 ,得到太安薄膜。对其进行红外光谱分析 ,并用扫描电镜观察其表面形貌。通过对薄膜分子结构和分子间作用力的分析 ,并结合前人的研究成果 ,推断出太安薄膜是岛状生长形成的多晶薄膜。
