The cause of noise in the synchromesh gearbox of an autombile is due to complica-ted vibration of the gear system. One of the methods of noise reduction is reducingthe vibration source and auother is coutrolling its output. The later method is usedfor study in this paper.

汽车变速器产生噪音的机理是由于齿轮系统的复杂振动、撞击、摩擦等。控制噪音的方法,其一是削减振源,其二是控制其传出。本文采用后一办法进行研究。借用有限元分析方法,算出其自振频率范围,再用高分子化学方法把有机材料合成制备,涂于变速器壳体外部或内部表面,形成封闭,使声能转化为热能而被消耗;对轴承及垫片,亦作适当处理。预计变速器总成可取得减低噪音5至10分贝(A)的效果。本文以哈尔滨汽车齿轮厂生产的131汽车变速器为例,作控制噪音新途径的初步探索。

Thermographic evaluation is attractive because of its noncontact and rapid scanning capabilities. Similar technique are useful to solve the problem of temperature measurement of catch hot points on an aluminium alloy impeller under a high speed rotation during spurted sand testing process. The maximum instantaneous temperature and extended time of the catch hot points are abtained from the image treatment technique. The non-ignitibility of aluminum alloys are evaluated.

本文利用红外热成像技术的非接触、灵敏度高、快速成像和实时存贮等特点,对高速旋转的铝合金叶轮材质在喷砂实验过程产生的瞬时热点的热图进行研究,得到撞击摩擦的最高瞬时热点温度和延续时间,鉴定了铝合金叶轮材质的非发火性能。

The inhibitory capacity of mixed layered Metal hydroxides(MMH) in mud is investigated as influenced by pH value.zeta potential,viscosity,shale water activity etc.It is turned out that the main influencing factor is viscosity enhancement and no corelation is found between zeta potential of MMH particles and inhibitory effectiveness.That the anti-sloughing ability(the inhibitory capacity)of MMH originates from its viscosifying function can be explained by following mechanizms:the particles of MMH,hydrated clay...

研究了pH值、ξ电位、粘度及页岩水活度等因素对混合金属氢氧化物(MMH)抑制性的影响。研究结果表明,粘度是影响MMH,泥浆抑制性的主要因素,MMH的抑制性并不随ξ电位的升高而增强。MMH防塌的主要机理是:MMH与粘土颗粒以水分子链相连接,使含MMH的膨润土泥浆包裹在页岩表面,减轻页岩受到的撞击、摩擦等作用。
