Based on the pontoon equipment simplified as a spring system with mass point, inpulse responge functions are adopted to calculate the berthing force of a ship. With the effects of wharfboat quality and impact off centre considered and hydrokinetic system being the function of frequency, this calculation, compared with those conventional ones, is thought to be more practical.

The berthing velocity, angle and maxi- mal displacement of wharf are monitored. The max- imal berthing force can be calculated by comparing the monitoring results with rubber fender charac- teristics. At the same time, the wharf safety during vessel berthing can be evaluated by comparing the maximal berthing force with the theoretical value. The in-situ monitoring shows that the wharf safety on different berthing conditions can be determined effectively.

测试了船舶靠泊时的靠泊速度和角度以及码头的最大位移.由测试结果与护舷特性的比较确定最大靠泊力,并通过与设计值的比较评估船舶靠泊时码头的安全性.现场实测结果说明这种方法可有效地判断小码头靠泊超等级大船以及损伤码头修复后靠泊的安全性.
