This paper, with a view of low noise and simple, economic method, attaches importance to finding out the design of optimization method of low noise arrangement of the gear transmission system. People can use this method to anticipate the noise degree of gear transmission system during the design.

现国内外已有不少关于齿轮传动系统优化设计的研究文章。但这些文献,多以在给定了传动方案等情况下,研究其最优的传动系统的设计参数如传动比、齿轮齿数和模数等的确定方法。至于系统的噪声级如何,就不再加以讨论。本文重点是以低噪声观点,简单经济的方法,探讨齿轮传动系统的低噪声传动布局的优化设计方法,利用本方法可在设计阶段就能预测齿轮传动系统的噪声级大小。

Three-shaft sliding gear mechanism is used as the main group for cutting threads. An optimization design is presented, which not only could auto- matically determine the correponding transmission ratios of a certain main group but lso could quickly compute the relevant factors about the teeth numbers of the gears and the disposal of the gears for each transmission ratio in optinum conditions, according to the given thread pitch paramrter adjustment disposal table in all possible versions.

本文根据给定的螺距的螺距参数调配表,能自动地确定出基本组的相应传动比,并确定出齿轮齿数和相应传动比的齿轮配置,从中产生出一些可行方案供设计者根据机床的实际情况进行择优选用,从而使设计者能真正得到最佳基本组方案.

An instrument based on microcomputer and grating tensor can be used to test and analyse the gear-driven error of various ratio gear trains on the spot. Adopting the techniques of the PLL(phase-locked loop) multiple frequency, the test accuracy of the instrument is increased. Adopting the numerical frequency selection and fine frequency analysis, the instrument is able to diagnose exactly the error source.

用微型计算机和光栅传感器组成的仪器可在现场测量并分析各种传动比齿轮传动链的传动误差。仪器采用锁相倍频技术提高了测量精度,采用数字选频和细化谱分析方法增强了诊断误差来源的能力。
