Abstract Hsun Tses organizational philosophy relates to the theory of function,structure and shape of organizations in modern management.  “Qun”means the principle of sociality that is an innate ability of humans.Hsun Tse advances the principles of specialization and social estate system as Max Weber raises the theory of“Bürokratie”.However,their difference lies in whether or not they recognize the function of emotion in the management organization.  “Fen”means the principle of social division of labor.Hsun Tse discusses some organizational structures that include societys class structure,ethical structure,occupational structure and the nations administrative institutions.His discussion is different from the ideal of Henri Fayols“Social Organism”in approach but equally satisfactory in result.  “Yi”means the principle of the organizational ethics.The“five interpersonal relationships”proposed by Hsun Tse and Confucius(father/son,lord/subject,husband/wife,senior/junior,friends)are the corner stone of traditional Chinese social organization.The familism it embodies is no longer relevant to modern management,but the intimate interpersonal relationship it pursues is still a necessary“lubricant”in modern social organizations....
