In view of the fact that the location of firehouses is known and any firehouse may be too small to fight fire alone,we consider how to allocate the resource for firehouse to work together,set up a 0-1 programming model and give an(example.) It shown that the method can improve the allocation of fire resource.At last the question to be considered is given.
