Based on the analysis of the truckborne tactical and technical conditions of a weapon system, the external electromagnetic wave and vehicle vibration influence on the performance of the weapon system is resolved, a truckborne structure design of the system is given by vehicle type and square module selecting.
Weapon system natural vibration characteristics, system dynamical response, interior ballistics parameter and projectile initial disturbance are obtained by numerical simulation. The simulation results can be used in dynamical design of the weapon.
According to the operational process of the self-propelled anti-aircraft gun,a mathematical model is presented and the corresponding method for the study on fight effectiveness of the weapon system is discribed in detail, and a reference for further studies in this aspect is provided.
Finally, the above-mentioned theory analyses are verified through applies this measuring system to measure a standard parts, the measuring result shows that the measuring accuracy of single point y is batter than 7μm and the measuring accuracy of spherical surface degree is batter than 22μm, so the safety and precision of measuring system accord with the using demand of this weapon system.
