Objective To investigate the effect of the training of general practitioner psychology medicine on family medicine practice.Methods Twenty General practitioners (four years) of the standardization training of family practice Zhejiang province were divided randomly into training group and control group with ten people respectively.After the training group finished psychology training for six months,the two groups of family practice received theory examination and case analysis (one hundred score) including mental physical disease diagnoses correctness,many methods diagnoses and handling method (joining psychology treat).The examination results of the two groups were analyzed comparatively.Results The scores of theory examination and case analysis were better in the training group than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The general practitioner who have the training of psychology medicine are better than those in the control group in mastering basic theory knowledge of psychology medicine and handling the ability psychology problem of mental physical disease.The two groups had significant difference.

目的 了解全科医生心理医学培训在全科医学实践中的作用。方法 将 2 0名经浙江省全科医师规范化培训的全科医生 (4年制 )随机分为培训组 10人和对照组 10人 ,培训组在完成心理培训 6个月后 ,两组进行理论考核和病例分析。两组的考核结果进行对比分析。结果 培训组理论考核和病历分析成绩与对照组差异有显著性意义 (P<0 0 5 )。结论 参加心理医学培训的全科医生 ,无论在掌握心理医学的基础理论知识 ,还是在实际处理心身疾病的心理问题能力方面 ,均高出未参加本项目培训的全科医生。
