Based on the theory analysis and experiment work, the paper studies the humidifying property of the centrifugal nozzle with firing pin type, high pressure and little aperture. Compared with the traditional air washer, the high efficiency and energy saving character of this kind of nozzle is stood out.
As to the work about theory analysis, at first, the paper describes the atomizing and humidifying process of the centrifugal nozzle with firing pin type, high pressure and little aperture and liquid physical properties. Later, combining with the structure characters of this kind of nozzle, the paper studies on the theory of the atomizing and humidifying process by three phases, which is water film forming phase, water film falling into pieces phase, and heat and mass transfer between water and air phase in turn.
Its atomized parcel is so small that no drip is separated out. This kind of centrifugal nozzle has high humidifying efficiency and low energy cost, which could be used in many situations in textile factories such as directly humidifying in workshop and humidifying in air pipeline.
