The coherent-imaging principle of Synthetic Aperture Radar causes speckle niose, which is the major problem of SAR images. According to the characteristics of SAN image details and speckle distribution, this peper puts forward a speckle-reduction algorithm based on region division. This algorithm can protect edge-characteristics of SAR image, along with a very good speckle reduction effort. Eperimental result shows that this algorithm is better than other existing speckle reduction methods.

合成孔径雷达(SAR)因为相干成像原理所固有的相干斑噪声是影响其图像质量的主要原因。文中根据SAR图像的纹理特征和相干斑噪声的统计特征,提出了一种基于区域分集的相干斑抑制算法。本算法能够完全保留SAR图像边缘特征,同时对相干斑具有较好的抑制能力。实验结果表明,本算法处理效果优于目前常用的相干斑滤波算法。

该文基于乘性相干斑模型,对全极化合成孔径雷达多视图像的极化特征参数(同极化比、交叉极化比和同极化相位差)进行了分析,利用实际的模拟数据对特征参数的PDF进行了拟合测试,分析了多视极化特征参数的统计特性对极化相干斑抑制算法的影响。利用极化比和相位差的特点,对地物进行分类,所得分类精度与利用最优极化分类法的分类精度具有可比性。

Speckle reducing anisotropic diffusion (SRAD) algorithm still has disadvantages. Firstly, the diffusion coefficient is not a convex function, which leads to an unstable solution. In this paper we systematically analyze the problem mentioned above and propose a new diffusion coefficient based on the edge-preserving regularization method. We also construct a new anisotropic diffusion module, R-SRAD, which is more reasonable. The experimental results show that our R-SRAD is more effective in comparison with the SRAD.

针对基于各向异性扩散的相干斑抑制算法 (SRAD)中存在的不合理性 ,即算法在均匀区域内降噪特性一般 ,并且扩散系数的非凸可能导致解不收敛到正确的图像 ,从理论上进行了系统的分析和论证 ,并依据保持图像细节的规整化准则 ,构造出新的扩散控制系数 .在此基础上 ,进一步提出了一种更合理的规整化各向异性扩散模型 (RSRAD) ,该模型可以有效地克服SRAD中存在的不合理性 .实验结果表明 ,RSRAD算法优于SRAD .
