The present paper reports the phases, structures, hardness and wear resistance of Ti-6Al-4V alloy plated by electroless Ni and then diffusion treated at 850() for 0.5-7hr.. The structure of the coating consisted of five layers. It was determined that the outmost layer was the dispersed multiphase aggregation of intermediate phases Ni3P, Ni5P2 and Ti1. 7P in a continuous Ni3Ti matrix. The hardness of this layer was about HK900.

本文对Ti-6Al-4V合全化学镀Ni-P合金后,在氩气中经1123K扩散0.5—7h试样的相组成、组织、硬度及耐磨性进行了研究。结果指出:渗层组织共分五层,其中最外层是由Ni_5P_2、Ni_3P和Ti_(1.7)P三种磷化物组成的混合物分布在Ni_3Ti基体上的复相组织,硬度高达HK900。 磨损试验在Skoda-Savin磨损试验机上进行。研究结果表明,Ti-6Al-4V经镀渗Ni-P后,从根本上消除了钛及钛合金在磨损过程中的粘着现象,从而极大地提高了耐磨性。

After isothermally oxidized at 950℃ for 100 hs, the weight gain of the coatings is far less than that of the substrate. The improvement in oxidation resistance is believed to be partially due to the formation of the yttrium-rich oxide spikes penetrating...

Preliminary investigation of microstructure in various state of Ti-5Al-8Ni and Ti-5Al-8Co alloy; has been performed in order to obtain intcrmctallic particles dispersed in the fine grained α-Titatiuinrn matrix, therefore the alloys have good superplasticity at relatively low deformation temperatures and high strain rates,and their roon, temperature brittlenoss is improved also.The resuits show that the microstructure with good mechanica properties can be obtained by processing.

本文初步研究了Ti-5Al-8Ni,Ti-5Al-8Co各种状态下的组织形貌,力争获得具有细小αTi基体上弥散分布极其细小的金属间化合物(Ti_2Ni,Ti_2Co),使其具有在低温高应变速率下有好的超塑性,并且解决室温的脆性。结果表明,经过形变热处理能达到理想组织。
