The relationship curves between turning angles and the X value, Y value of the up end of the wire, and degree of bending of the wire were drawn. It was found that the process of the sugarcane detrashing could be divided into three phases: touching and compressing, bending and deforming, sliding and detrashing.

应用计算机图像分析技术 ,拍摄和分析了甘蔗剥叶刷式剥叶机构剥叶的全过程 .提取和分析了钢丝图像上下端点的坐标值、端点之间的直线距离、钢丝的总长度和钢丝图像的转角位置等特征参数 .绘制了钢丝上端点坐标X值、Y值以及钢丝弯曲程度与钢丝的转角位置之间的关系曲线 .发现甘蔗的剥叶过程由 3个阶段组成 :接触压紧阶段、弯曲变形阶段和滑出剥叶阶段

Theoretical calculation and discussion are presented on the dynamic characteristics of main frame of sugarcane cleaner using finite element method. By model and dynamic response analysis of simulated practical operating system, the reason of resonance is found and the measurement for improving the dynamic characteristics is put forward.

利用有限元分析的方法对甘蔗剥叶机机架的动态特性进行了理论计算和探讨。通过模态分析、模拟实际工况的动力响应分析 ,找出了振动的原因 ,并对其进行了动态优化 ,提出了改善机架动态特性的措施 ,使其在同样的工况下 ,动态特性得到了很大的提高。
