The scarcity of water resource and the severity of environmental pollution provide strong incentive for process industries to re-duce fresh water consumption and wastewater discharge,and usually there are multiple contaminants in wastewater.So design of water u-tilization with multiple contaminants considering wastewater reuse is presented.Not only the MINLP model of superstructure of water utili-zation network with multiple contaminants is built,but also an adaptive simulated annealing genetic algorithm is adopt because the MINLPproblem is difficult to solve.The result of case study shows that the hybrid algorithm can find global optimum and the calculation time issatisfactory.Otherwise,the hybrid algorithm can avoid trapping in local optimum and does not need initial feasible solution.

水资源的短缺和环境污染的日益严重,对过程工业提出了减少新鲜水用量和废水排放量的要求,且通常废水中都含有多种污染物,由此本文提出了考虑回用的多杂质用水网络设计。不但建立了多杂质用水网络超结构MINLP 模型,而且针对MINLP 问题求解困难的现状,开发了自适应模拟退火遗传算法。实例研究结果表明该算法可以找到全局最优解且计算时间可满足要求。另外,该算法可有效避免陷入局部最优,也不要求提供初始可行解。

A bipolar electrochemical-Fenton method(BEF) was designed to carry out the research on degradation of phenol in water. For this, a porous gas diffusion electrode was prepared by hot pressure method. In a reacting device without partitioning trough, the porous gas diffusion carbon electrode was used as cathode to reduce oxygen gas and generate hydrogen peroxide; the iron plate was used as anode to generate Fe2+, phenol was degraded through Fenton reaction happening by directly utilizing both electrodes' products....

The results of TOC and COD examined showed that the degrading degree of phenol by the gas diffusion electrode adopted in BEF was more thorough than that by graphite cathode adopted in BEF in common wastewater treatment; moreover the degrading rate of phenol by BEF was quicker than that of traditional Fenton method.

设计了一种双极电化学芬顿方法(BipolarElectro-Fenton;BEF)并对水中的苯酚进行了降解研究。采用热压法制备了多孔气体扩散碳电极。在无分隔槽反应装置中,以多孔气体扩散碳电极为阴极将氧气还原产生过氧化氢,铁板作阳极产生Fe2+,直接利用两电极产物发生芬顿(Fenton)反应对苯酚进行降解。TOC、COD的检测结果表明,BEF法中所采用的气体扩散电极对苯酚的降解程度较通常废水处理中以石墨为阴极的电芬(Electro-Fenton;EF)更为彻底;而且BEF法对苯酚的降解速率比传统芬顿法更快。
