The authors suggest that gastroesophageal reflux may be the result of many causes such as dysphagia, excessive secretion of gastrlc acid,disrupted integrity of esophagus,impairment of normal peristalsis and acid clearancefunctions of the esophagus, and decrease of saliva secretion. 食管腔粘液24小时pH值监测被视为“金标准”已广泛运用于临床,对胃食管返流性疾病进行检查与诊断。分别对食管癌(中下段)组和贲门癌组病人(每组各15人)进行了治疗前食管腔粘液24小时pH值监测,对两组所测数值进行比较。结果表明,贲门癌组存在轻度胃食管返流,类似生理性返流。食管癌组则呈明显的病理性返流,其差别具有统计学意义(pH<4总时间:贲门癌组为1.2%±0.3%;食管癌组为6.6%±3.8%;P<0.01)。考虑其原因与进食困难造成的进食时间延长,使胃酸分泌量相对增加;食管完整性受到破坏,影响了食管的正常蠕动及清酸功能;唾液分泌相对减少及吞咽障碍,影响了唾液中和酸性返流作用有关。 Eighty-eight patients with severe injury who were rescued and treated in hospital were analysed by the Abbreviated Injury Scade-Injury Severity Score (AIS-ISS).
