It was found that when the concentration of DBP(dibutyl phosphate)in the organic phase is below(2.0±0.2)×10~(-3) M, the influence is small, but when the eoneentration of DBP is over (2.0±0.2)×10~(-3)M, the influence is remarkable. The hydrodynamic and mass-transfer performance in the reciprocating plate extraction column that is used for liquid-liquid extraction of C_6H_4N_2 from C_6H_44N_2-H_2O system has been studied. The hydrodynamic relationship for this system has been obtained by means of data-treatment of free area, plate spacing, phase flow rate, reciprocating frequency, amplitude, physical properties and flooding rate. This relationship and HETS are the bases for designing tile commercial unit.

A generalized dynamic mathematical model was developed, for multicomponent distillation process. Stiff problem of distillation dynamic mathematical model was studied. Furthermore, dynamic simulation for the stiff extractive distillation system which has 47 ideal plates and 8 components was studied. It was proved that the software programmed by the author was successfully used in strong stiff distillation system, and the results of dynamic simulation are reliable and sufficiently accurate.

建立了适用于多组元精馏过程动态模拟的通用数学模型 ,对精馏动态模型的刚性问题进行了研究 ,并对 8组分、47块理论板的萃取精馏体系进行了动态模拟。经验证 ,所编制的动态模拟程序可适用于强刚性体系 ,并且模拟结果可靠 ,具有足够的精度。
