本文根据汽车车架结构的特点,应用薄壁杆系有限单元法,对汽车车架的固有频率和主振型进行了计算。由于计算中考虑了约束扭转的影响并采用了一致质量矩阵的方案,因而降低了对计算机容量的要求。在国产TQ-16机上进行了计算,达到了较高的计算精度。这为今后进一步开展汽车振动的研究,包括动态响应的分析、整车结构的模态综台技术以及汽车舒适性等方面的研究打下了基础。

The engine-mounting is very important in improving the comfort and redu- cing the noise of a vehicle.An ideal engine mounting must have a low elastic stiffness and a high vibration absorbing ability.Because the hydraulically- damped mounting can make the vibration absorption and the dynamic elastic sti- ffness coordinated well,it is considered to be the main developing trend in the area of engine-mounting.

发动机的悬置对提高汽车的舒适性和降低噪声起着重要作用,理想的发动机悬置应具有低弹性刚度和高减振功能。液压悬置由于在减振作用和动态弹性刚度之间能获得协调,故成为发动机悬置的发展方向之一。
