In the case of a real arc current with great disturbance, the filter and the optimized judgement of position error signal of torch to the welding bead were studied in detail, which aimed at improving the sensitivity, stability and reliablity of the arc sensor.

首先根据有关气体保护焊电源电弧系统的现有理论推导出导电嘴至工件距离H与电弧电流I之间关系的静态及动态理论模型,并由试验数据回归得出模型参数。进而提出通过平均电流控制焊炬高低位置、电弧高速扫描坡口的电流变化来控制焊炬横向位置的电弧传感及闭环控制方案。着重研究了对于干扰严重的实际电流波形如何进行滤波,以及判断焊炬焊缝横向高低偏差的最佳信息处理方法以提高灵敏度可靠性与稳定性。

众多波形控制方法和波形控制参数的研究与确定迫切需要一种简便 ,有效的方法。为此 ,本文提出对此动态过程进行建模 ,通过计算机仿真研究此过程的思路。论文首先分析CO2 气体保护焊熔滴短路过渡动态过程。在此基础上 ,建立了过程的数学模型。模型包括 :电弧弧长变化模型、电弧非线性负载模型和弧焊电源—电弧系统模型。然后将这些数学模型转化成计算机仿真软件MATLAB环境下的Simulink仿真模型 ,并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果与试验结果的对比表明 ,所提出的模型建立方法是合理的 ,建立的模型是实用的 ;应用MATLAB可对熔滴短路过渡动态过程进行仿真分析。
