The non-steady state oil-gas, water-gas relative permeabilities of cores with air permeabilities as low as 0.1 ×10-3-60×10-3μm2 are provided in the paper. More than forty low-permeable samples from Turpan-Hami oil field of Xinjiang UygurAutonomous Region, Hainan oil field of China and Keriging oil field of Russia are measured, and reasonable oil-gas, water-gas relative permeability curves of these low-permeable and extra-low-permeable samples are obtained. The effect of basepermeability on relative permeability and that of displacement pressure(velocity) on relative permeability at end-point of gasphase are also considered in the paper. The results illustrate that: (1) The ratio of oil-gas relative permeabilities becomessmaller when the permeability goes down and property of the sample goes bad in no connate water cases; (2) The inaccuracyor the distortion of the base permeability is one of the reasons which lead to a abnormal case, in which relative permeability ofgas phase is larger than 1, and it does affect the shape of the whole relative permeability curve; (3) The relative permeabilityof gas phase at residual oil saturation is not sensitive to displacement pressure (velocity) when in the linear now period. Toobtain reliable relative permeability curves is very important in efficiently developing low permeable volatile reservoirs. Theexperimental and theoretical study on this kind of gas-liquid relative permeability are very few in the published papers. Thecharacteristics of oil-gas, water-gas relative permeability of low and extra-low permeable sample is provided first time in thispaper. The reasons of abnormal cases in which relative permeabilities of gas phase at end-point are greater than one is alsodiscussed.

获得比较可靠的低渗透油藏的油气相对渗透率曲线,对于开发好具有易挥发性、高溶解油气比特征的油田是十分重要的。给出了空气渗透率低达0.1×10-3~60×10-3μm2岩心的非稳定流油气、水气相对渗透率,对新疆吐哈、俄罗斯科里金、海南等地区的40余块低渗透率样品进行了测试,得到了比较合理的低、特低渗透率油气、水气相对渗透率曲线。考虑了基准渗透率对相对渗透率的影响和驱替压力(速度)对气相端点相对渗透率的影响。结果表明:不含束缚水饱和度时的老样渗透率越低,岩石物性越差,油气相对渗透率比值越小;基准渗透率不准确或失真是引起气根相对渗透率大于1的异常现象的原因之一,影响整个相渗曲线形状;在线性修流范围内,驱替压力(速度)对残余油下的气相相对渗透率基本上没有影响。首次提出了低、特低渗透率油气、水气相对渗透率特征,并对造成气体端点相对渗透率大于1的原因进行了探讨。

Under simulation reservoir conditions (temperature 120℃, pressure 30 MPa) the damage to core permeability caused by simulation waters containing SSPs of different size <0.45,<2.0, and <4.0 μm, different amount of crude oil emulsified (10 and 20 mg/L) or different amount of colloidal Fe(OH)3(10 and 15 mg/L) and by the recycled produced water is evaluated on 4 sets of reservoir cores with referent permeability to 2% KCl solution in range 0.05×10-3—2.0×10-3 μm2 and it is shown that the damage by SSPs becomes more serious with decreasing core permeability or increasing particle size; the damage by emulsified oil droplets is very serious; the colloidal Fe(OH)3 exerts damage only at higher (15 mg/L) concentration; the recycled produced water causes fairly high damage to cores of referent permeability ~1.0×10-3 and ~0.05×10-3 μm2 and the damage is higher to the core of lower permeability.

桩西油田回注污水水质多项测定值超过行业标准B3级指标。结合桩西油田实际情况讨论了5种因素对地层渗透率的伤害:悬浮固体颗粒;含油量;污水腐蚀;细菌(腐生菌和硫酸盐还原菌)及其代谢和腐蚀产物;污水结垢(预测及注水井油管、地面管线结垢物组成)。在模拟油藏温度(120℃)、压力(30MPa)下,用4组油藏岩心(用2%KCl溶液测定的基准渗透率在0.05×10-3~2.0×10-3μm2范围)分别考察了含不同粒径(<0.45,<0.2,<4.0μm)固体颗粒、不同乳化原油含量(10和20mg/L)、不同铁含量(10和15mg/L,以Fe(OH)3计)的模拟实验污水及现场回注污水对岩心渗透率的伤害程度,结果表明:在本实验条件下,悬浮固体颗粒的伤害程度随渗透率减小和颗粒粒径增大而增大;乳化油滴的伤害十分严重;胶态铁在高浓度(15mg/L)才造成伤害;现场回注污水对基准渗透率~1.0×10-3和~0.05×10-3μm2的2个岩心的伤害程度相当高,渗透率较低时伤害较严重。图11表3参1。
