With the development of cold extrusion technique, more and more is required of the properties of cold extrusion punches for ferrous metals. Dealing with the high speed steels Wl8Cr4V and W6Mo5Cr4V2-materials now rather widely used for cold extrusion punches in China, this paper discusses the effect of nonuniformity of carbide and heat treatment on the life of cold extrusion punches. 随着冷挤压技术的发展,对黑色金属冷挤压凸模的性能提出愈来愈高的要求。本文针对目前国内使用较多的冷挤压凸模材料——W18Cr4V和W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢,探讨了控制其原材料质量(碳化物的不均匀性)和采用合理的热处理工艺对冷挤压凸模寿命的影响。并且介绍了气体软氮化工艺在冷挤压模具上的应用,和国内研制的新型冷挤压模具钢65Cr4W3Mo2VNb及6W6Mo5Cr4V的试用情况。 生产实践表明,采用新钢种、制订合理的热处理工艺和采用气体软氮化是提高黑色金属冷挤压凸模寿命的有效途径。

Because of the characteristic of the mechanics of deformation in cold extrusion,frequently,the main obstacle to limit the degree of deformation depends on the extru-sion pressure which can be endured by the extrusion die used.The allowable extrusionpressure is determined by the quality of die material,the structure of extrusion dieand the desirable tool life.At present,we suggest that the degree of deformation incold extrusion be determined according to the allowable extrusion pressure in therange of 200~250...

由于冷挤压的变形力学图形特点,限制黑色金属常用钢材冷挤压变形程度的主要障碍往往首先在于模具所能承受的单位挤压力。模具许用单位挤压力的数值应根据模具材质质量、模具结构特性以及所要求的模具寿命加以决定;许用变形程度亦受到上述各因素的影响。在目前情况下,可按200~250公斤/毫米~2范围的许用单位压力决定许用变形程度。作者根据所提出的“等压”原则,给出了黑色金属冷挤压工序许用变形程度的图线与计算公式,其中考虑了挤压钢材的含碳量、毛坯硬度、毛坯相对高度以及模具几何形状各个因素的影响。

Cracks may appear in the welding of high strength low alloy thick-walled pressure vessels. In this article such cracks as weld metal hot crack, HAZ liquid crack, HAZ cold crack, weld metal cold crack, reheat crack and laminar tearing are presented. The characteristic features of these cracks, factors having an effect on cracking and preventive measures to be taken are briefly discussed.

本文介绍了在焊接低合金高强钢厚壁压力容器时可能出现的各种裂缝,如焊缝金属热裂缝、热影响区液化裂缝、热影响区冷裂缝、焊缝金属冷裂缝、再热裂缝和层状撕裂,并简要阐述了这些裂缝的特征、影响因素和防止措施等。
