The temperature boundary layer of a natural convection along a vertical heated plate is measured quantitatively. The experimental results from the specklegram and the differential interferogram have an excellent agreement. For dem(?)nstrating the application of the method, an unstable, fluctuating Bunsen flame is also measured. The experiment shows qualitatively that the laser speckle photography is more suitable for studying the turbulent flow field because the interferometry loses its function of the quantitative measurement in such flow field.

The laser speckle photography to measure the convection temperature field of a square horizontal plate is discussed in the paper.According to symmetric of the plate,the space convection temperature field may be calculated from only one speckle photograph with dividing convection space into temperature sheathing one-in-one square zones.The result is consistent with that of laser interference.

本文利用激光散斑法研究水平放置方形平板周围空气的空间对流温度场,根据物体的空间对流性,采用回形空间分区,只需拍摄一张激光散斑图,计算出了对流场的温度分布,其结论与其它测量结果一致。

A novel technique for simultaneous measurement of flow temperature and velocity field by using encapsulated liquid crystal particles was studied. The technique was applied to measurement of simultaneous temperature and velocity distribution of liquid nature convection near an air bubble below a solid wall. Some of the experiment result was presented in this paper.

研究了利用微胶囊液晶粒子同时测量流体温度场和速度场的新技术 ,并运用该技术同时测量了位于壁面下气泡周围的液体中自然对流的温度分布和速度分布 .文中给出了部分实验结果
