本文针对 G 油田高含水期是稠油开采的主要阶段,并随含水上升油井出砂严重的特点,着重阐述了油井含水上升对稠油集输工艺的影响:掺水量、掺水比和掺水井数逐渐减少;不加热输送的稠油井越来越多;脱水站耗能高、损耗大、出砂严重、对设备危害大等。并提出早期井下防砂,采用二级稠油集输、高温脱水工艺,罐、脱水器需设清砂设施定期清砂和研制试验油气水砂四相分离器等相应措施。
