Viability of these two cell lines under the concentration of Na2seO3 at 0.01-0.1 μg/ml exhibited slightly little lower than that of the control. The toxicity of diffvarious degees was found in 1-10μg/ml of sodium selented, lower onB95-8 cells and higher on Raji cells. On the other hand, the expressions of Epstein-Barr virus Early antigen (EA) and EBV capsic antigen (VCA) induced in Raji cells and B95-8 cells by n-butyric acid-croton oil mixture, were significantly inhibited by 0.01-0.lμg/ml of sodium selenite. The inhibitory effects of Se on both spontaneous EBV capsic antigen (VCA) in B95-8 cells and EA expession in Raji cells in eight-hour pretreatment assay with Se added before chemical induction indicated that Se probably acted on the target cells. However the inhibitory rate of inducing EBV VCA in B95-8 cells was warkedly higher than the that of spontaneous VCA. It may indicate tha, selenite has added some alteration to the antigen inducers.A many investigations have shown the inhibitory effects of Se on virus inducing tumors and chemical carcinogenesis. Since the closed relationship between nasopharyngeal carcinoma and EBV has been well known, an extending research on the potential mechanism of inhibition of selenite against EBV antigens expression, as well as the possible role of this inhibition on cellular transformation during the carcinogesis of NPC, considerably deserves further investigation.

本文报告亚硒酸钠在试管对两株携带Epstein—Barr病毒基因组的类淋巴母细胞株Raji和B_(95-8)细胞株的活力及EB病毒抗原表达的影响。实验表明0.01—0.1μg/mlNa_2SeO_3对两株细胞的活力几乎无影响,1—10μg/ml则对细胞显示不同程度的毒性,Se对B_(95-8)的细胞株的生长抑制较对Raji细胞株的抑制为弱。无细胞毒性的0.01—0.1μg/mlNa_2SeO_3对正丁酸巴豆油协同诱导的Raji细胞EA抗原和B_(95-8)细胞的VCA抗原表达呈现显著抑制作用。8小时硒溶液预处理后对EA抗原激发的抑制以及硒对B_(95-8)细胞的自发VCA抗原的抑制试验说明抑制是作用于靶细胞,而硒对B_(95-8)细胞诱发的VCA抗原的抑制明显强于自发VCA抗原,这提示Se对抗原激发物有一定的影响。 大量研究报告,硒具有抗病毒诱发的肿瘤和化学致癌作用,由于鼻咽癌和EB病毒密切相关,对硒抑制EB病毒基因表达与细胞转化关系的深入研究将有可能为了解EB病毒与肿瘤的关系提供重要线索。

EBV infected B cells in the blood of healthy seropostive individuals were detected more often in this study than in previous reports,spontaneous transformation is more imporant for the study of EBV carrier state than test for antibody.

对35名Epstein-Barr病毒血清抗体阳性健康人的外周血淋巴细胞进行了体外培养,观察B淋巴细胞感染了EB病毒后所导致“自发性”转化的情况。由于在培养基中加入了免疫抑制剂环胞菌素A,使“自发性”转化的发生率由26.7%提高到74.3%,说明了在血清抗体阳性健康人的外周血液中,EB病毒感染的B淋巴细胞的数量远比既往文献报道的高。

A method for detecting antibody against Epstein-Barr Virus Specific DNase (EBV-DNase) in serum of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients was presented and several factors affecting the detected results were discussed. The use of anti-enzyme rate as the titre of antibody against EBV-DNase made the detection easily controlled, which could be performed within the range of 0.08-0.20U EBV-DNase.

本文报道了鼻咽癌患者血清中抗Epstein-Barr病毒特异性DNA酶(EBV-DNase)抗体的检测方法,并对影响检测结果的几种因素进行了探讨。用抗酶率来表示抗体滴度可在0.08~0.20UEBV-DNase范围内进行检测,使实验条件容易控制。 作者对149例鼻咽癌患者和70例健康人血清标本的抗酶率进行了测定。结果表明抗EBV-DNase抗体与EA-IgA有显著的相关性。抗酶率与EA-IgA和VCA-IgA滴度的相关系数分别为0.78和0.66。
