The heparin has been grafted directly on the surface of polyurethane with the help of hypothermia plasma treatment. The smooth polyurethane-heparin graft copolymer is deeped in the inside tube wall. By dotting time (CT)test fresh human blood is injected to the polyurethane-heparin graft tube,after 5 days and nights there isn' t any thrombin the inside tube wall. By kaolin partial thomboplastin time (KPTT), prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time (TT)tests to these polyurethane-heparin graft tubes, the results are that,this novel graft tube has anticoagulation visibly and there isn't falling free heparin from the tube wall, In infrared spectrum peaks 1165 cm ̄(-1) and 1 339 cm ̄(-1) are symmetric and antisymmetric stretch vibrations of SO_2 group in new covalent bond N-SO_2 or O-SO_2.

Superfine drymodified Bi 2O 3 powder must be filled in thin wall of the vessel. The powder has d 50 =0.35,≤5 μm (97%) in the particle diameter. After treatment by CH 2C(CN) COOCH 3 to the polyurethane, polyurethane Bi 2O 3 powder uniform solution was prepared. The vessel made of polyurethane Bi 2O 3 was prepared by maceration rotation stovation technique....

聚氨酯-肝素接枝共聚物是具有抗血栓功能的医用材料,可用于制备介入导管,但导管的薄壁内必需填充不透X射线的氧化铋粉末.氧化铋粉末经超细化和改性化干法处理,制成粒径d50=0.35μm,≤5μm(97%)的超细粉末.经氰基丙烯酸甲酯改性剂处理,得到聚氨酯-氧化铋超细粉的匀相溶液;浸渍-旋转-烘干得超细改性氧化铋补强的聚氨酯管;低温等离子体接枝肝素处理,完成了供血液相容性检测用的抗血栓接枝管.全血凝固时间指标测试表明,抗血栓接枝管48h以上仍未在管壁有凝血.切开接枝管,用扫描电镜对其内壁作放大104倍检查,管壁未见血栓痕迹.

We inserted the 0.6 mm caliber graft heparin (in inner wall)conduits into the tailarteries of 14 mice. The results showed that the graft conduit could be used repeatedly with no blood oozing out in the wound, no massive internal hemorrrhage, and no additional coagulative reagent given during the whole experiment. On the other hand, the graft heparin conduits of variant caliber were inserted into the femur arteries of 4 rabbits and 4 dogs for blood pressure experiment and femur arterio venous bypass tests....

We inserted the 0.6 mm caliber graft heparin (in inner wall)conduits into the tailarteries of 14 mice. On the other hand, the graft heparin conduits of variant caliber were inserted into the femur arteries of 4 rabbits and 4 dogs for blood pressure experiment and femur arterio venous bypass tests. The results showed that the anticoagulative effect of these conduits was markedly improved, but there was a strip of thrombus. There was no thrombus track in the wall of the conduit. The strip of thrombus was formed first in the cone of conduit where caliber changed. The results indicate that the blood flow resistance is in inverse proportion to 4 power of the conduit radius. So the thinner the conduit is, the more sensitive to conduit radius variation the conduit resistance will be. In studying and making the arfificial conduit, one must take notice of the conduit caliber, which should be equal to the caliber of the blood vessel.

我们用口径仅 0 .6 m m、内壁接枝肝素的血导管 ,经 14只大白鼠的尾动脉测血压试验与股动静脉搭桥对照实验 ,结果显示 ,同一根接枝管在各只鼠尾动脉重复使用仍抗凝血 ,切口处不渗血 ,内腔也不会大出血。整个实验中不需外加抗凝剂。用粗细不匀的接枝肝素血导管 ,经 4只兔、4条狗的股动脉测血压与股动静脉搭桥对照实验发现 ,虽然内壁接枝肝素血导管的抗凝血效果显著改善 ,但管内仍有血栓条形成。而管壁却无血栓痕迹。血栓条从粗细交叉锥形处首先形成。实验结果表明 ,因为血流阻力与血导管半径的 4次幂成反比。血导管越细 ,则血流阻力对血导管半径的变化越敏感。所以研制人工血导管时 ,其口径应与血管口径一致。
