FCC gasoline, as a main blending component of automobile gasoline in China with a blending ratio of 70%,is the bottleneck that prevents further improving the quality of automobile gasoline. FCC light gasoline etherifying technology changes tertiary carbon alkene into ether,and makes up for the shortage of MTBE output.It not only raises octane rating and oxygen content but also lowers alkene content of gasoline and vapor pressure,thus is worth developing and popularizing.

我国FCC汽油作为车用汽油的主要调合组分,其比例已占70%以上,是车用汽油质量不能进一步提高的瓶颈所在.FCC轻汽油醚化工艺将其中的叔碳烯烃转化为醚,在一定程度上弥补了MTBE产量的不足,除提高辛烷值和增加含氧量外,还可降低汽油的烯烃含量和蒸气压,一举多得,值得开发、推广。

20 0 0年 1月 1日我国开始实施车用无铅汽油新标准。长期以来我国汽油生产已形成以催化裂化装置为主的格局 ,而催化裂化汽油烯烃含量普遍较高 ,优化调合工艺 ,降低汽油烯烃含量、硫含量、苯和芳烃含量 ,规范使用清净剂等是汽油达新达标亟待解决的问题 ,而解决问题的关键是要在资源可得性、生产技术和使用性能三方面取得折衷和协调。本文就此加以分析并提出建议。

Commercial test of the LBO 12 catalyst in a 400000 t/yr FCCU in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company showed that olefin content in gasoline reduces by 6~12 percent points, MON increases slightly,sensitivity decreases,induction period of gasoline prolongs from 360min to 500min.This catalyst has better resistance to metal pollution.

在中国石油兰州石化分公司 0 .4Mt/a催化裂化装置试用了LBO 12降低汽油烯烃含量催化剂。工业试验表明 ,在工艺操作相当的条件下 ,可以降低汽油烯烃含量 6~ 12个百分点 ,同时汽油RON基本不变 ,MON略有提高 ,敏感性下降 ,诱导期由 3 60min延长至 5 0 0min以上 ,并有较好的抗金属污染性能。
