    In this article, the differences between the current version of “Pressure Vessel Safety Technology and Inspection Code” and GB150- 1998 “Steel Pressure Vessel” were compared and analyzed. The differences focus on the provisions of the application scope, the acceptable steel materials, radioactive and ultrasonic inspection, the pressure used in hydrostatic and pneumatic tests. Some measures were, then, proposed.

For the safety management of pressurized vessels,there has been existed two kinds of standards which are both simultaneous and antagonistic.One kind of the standards is the safety regulations which is common,traditional and easy for operation.The other kind is under establishment,on the basis of the theory of fracture mechanics and is named by the engineering circles the evaluation specifications corresponding with safety application standard.This paper introduces the two different safety conclusions of the four defective digesters in Qing Zhou Paper Mill in 1987 under two standards.The article specifically listed the process of examining,evaluating and renovating of #1 digester according to the evaluation specifications by the second kind.The study result makes reliable safety analysis for the considerably defective digester and has been approved by the safety inspection department.This achievement supplies basis for continuously and safely application of these four digesters,thus largely reduces the time of shutdown,consequently saves large amount of funds.

In recent years, the technology of pressure vessel safety assessment shows its importance and practicality increasingly along with the management of pressure vessles becoming more and more standard and strict. The technology of pressure vessel safety assessment can not only provide a scientific basis for the safe operation of pressure vessles containing defects but also bring the latent capacity of equipment into full play.In this paper, the situations and assessment results of defects have been expounded dealing with movable air compressor vessels containing serious defects, the CO saturation tower, the high pressure pipeline between the sythesizing tower and the intermediately installed boiler, butadiene extraction and rectification tower, which possesses highly imporant referring values for further stuties in this aspect in future.

近年来,随着压力容器管理的规范化和严格化,压力容器安全评定技术日益显示出它的重要性和实用性。压力容器安全评定技术既能为含缺陷容器的安全运行提供科学的依据,又能充分发挥设备的使用潜力。本文论述了含有严重缺陷的移动式空气压缩机气包、CO饱和塔、合成塔至中置锅炉间高压管线、丁二烯萃取精馏塔的缺陷情况及评定结论,对今后深入开展这方面的工作具有较重要的参考价值。
