Based on the experience obtained in safty evaluation of pressure vessels, points for attention in the evaluation work are pointed out, problems concerning the present criterion of evaluation are discussed, and meanwhile safty evaluation is done for a pressnoe vessel in service, with satisfactory results.

以一些实例的有关数据,说明钢中有害元素(如硫、磷、氧、氢、砷等)降到极低水平,可使某些对压力容器用钢特别重要的性能:如钢的韧性、抗应变时效性能、抗回火脆化性能、抗中子辐照脆化性能、抗湿硫化氢腐蚀性能等大幅度提高。因此,钢的纯净化是压力容器安全的重要保证。

本文对1993年11月在大连召开的压力容器安全评估技术研讨会上提出的34篇论文(包括结构J积分工程计算方法、J积分失效评定曲线、材料J—R阻力曲线测试和结构韧性撕裂分析技术等方面)进行了综合评述。
