目的:探讨汉防己甲素防治肝纤维化的机理。方法:用四氯化碳诱导SD大鼠肝纤维化,同时给予汉防己甲素治疗,对照组给予生理盐水。观察不同实验阶段动物肝组织中Ⅳ型胶原及含结蛋白细胞的变化,并用电镜观察储脂细胞的形态变化。结果:治疗组肝纤维化程度明显轻于对照组。治疗组肝组织中储脂细胞增殖及转化受到抑制,Ⅳ型胶原沉积减少,结蛋白阳性细胞数明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:汉防己甲素能有效地治疗肝纤维化,其机理在于抑制储脂细胞的增殖及转化,减少Ⅳ型胶原在肝组织中沉积。

In this paper,the morphology,cytochemistry and image pattern analysis method were applied to observe Salvia Root's effecton hepatocytes of fibrosis cultured in vitro.The experiment results showed:Salvia Root could restore struchure of hepatocytes,strengthen MAO.SDH.G-6-P.ATPase and 5'-N activity in hepatocytes,stabilize cell's member,decrease volume GPT.GOT and LDH in cultured supernate,and increase Ca~(2+) volume in supernatant fluid.This illustrated that Salvia Root coult protcet hepatocytes,restore injuried...

应用形成学,细胞化学和图像分析方法观察丹参对离体培养纤维化后肝细胞的影响。实验结果表明丹参有恢复肝细胞结构,使肝细胞内MAO.SDH.G-6-P.ATPase和5-N等酶活性增强,稳定细胞膜,使培养上清液中GPT.GOT和LDH含量减少,Ca~(2+)含量增加,说明丹参可通过保护肝细胞,使受损的肝细胞结构恢复,增强细胞内酶活性和膜结构稳定性,起到防治肝纤维化的作用。
