The entire design plan of the parallel four-for automatic loaing and unloading machine is dis-cussed in the papor. Regarding to minimize the work pushing force of actuating cylinder as objective func-tion,the loading and unloading mechanism is designed optimally.Based on this,the curve expressing theuariation of the work pushing force has been drawn and the maximum work pushing force required to liftthe rated load has been gotten. The optimization mathinatical medel built here can be applied universally.

本文论述了平行四杆式自动装卸机构的总体设计方案。以油缸工作推力最小化为目标函数,对装卸机构进行了优化设计,并在此基础上,绘制了油缸工作推力的变化曲线图,求出了提升额定载荷时所需的油缸最大工作推力。本文建立的优化数学模型具有通用性。
