The effect of solid and liquid reinforcing phenolic resins on the processibility and curing characteristics of NR compound,and the physical properties of its vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that the processibility of NR compound improved,the energy consumption in mixing decreased,the Mooney scorch time reduced,and the hardness and modulus at 100% increased by adding the reinforcing phenolic resin;the liquid reinforcing phenolic resin was more effective than the solid one;and the better reinforcing...

研究固体和液体酚醛补强树脂对NR胶料加工性能、硫化特性及硫化胶物理性能的影响。加入酚醛补强树脂 ,可改善胶料的加工性能 ,降低胶料的混炼能耗 ,缩短胶料的门尼焦烧时间 ,提高硫化胶的硬度和 10 0 %定伸应力。液体酚醛补强树脂的使用效果优于固体酚醛补强树脂。以固体酚醛补强树脂替代液体酚醛补强树脂用于子午线轮胎配方中 ,通过调整配方和混炼工艺 ,可取得较好的补强增硬效果
