Objective To observe the effect of Interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (IL 1ra) on laser induced cornea burns by applying image analysis. Methods The corneas of white rabbits were exposed to CO 2 laser. The animals were divided into five groups, each containing 5 animals. One group was the burn control. Another three groups were treated with IL 1ra 25 μg/ml, 50 μg/ml and 100 μg/ml respectively. The last group was treated with 1 mg/ml dexamethason (DM). Image analysis was performed 1, 2 and 3 weeks after laser corneal burn. Optical density (OD) and integral optical density (IOD) were measured for analysis. Results Both OD and IOD show that the area of IL 1ra treated groups was significantly reduced compared to the DM treated group and the control group, which indicates that IL 1ra is beneficial to reduce the area of the corneal burns and to improve the recovery of corneal transparence. Conclusion IL 1ra has significant therapeutic effect on corneal burn induced by laser.

目的 应用图像分析法观察白细胞介素 1受体拮抗剂 (Interleukin 1receptorantagonist,IL 1ra)对激光角膜灼伤的治疗作用。方法 用CO2 激光造成日本大耳白兔角膜灼伤斑。将实验兔分为 5个实验组 ,每组 5只 ,分别为灼伤组、IL 1ra 2 5 μg/ml治疗组、5 0 μg/ml治疗组、10 0 μg/ml治疗组和地塞米松 (dexamethasone,DM)治疗对照组。分别于角膜灼伤后 1、2、3周取角膜做图像分析。结果 图像分析结果表明 ,应用IL 1ra滴眼治疗有利于角膜灼伤斑面积的缩小和角膜透明度的恢复。结论 IL 1ra对激光角膜灼伤具有明显的治疗作用

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of bimanual microphacoemulsificationand Acri.smart intraocular lens implantation. Methods 22 patients (27eyes) with age-related cataract wereperformed with bimanual microphacoemulsification and Acri.smart intraocular lens implantation. The visualacuity, phacoemulsification time, the endothelial cell loss percentage, astigmatism and operative complicationswere observed. Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of bimanual microphacoemulsificationand Acri.smart intraocular lens implantation. Methods 22 patients (27eyes) with age-related cataract wereperformed with bimanual microphacoemulsification and Acri.smart intraocular lens implantation. The visualacuity, phacoemulsification time, the endothelial cell loss percentage, astigmatism and operative complicationswere observed. Results The visual acuity equal or better than 0.5 were 85.2%, 92.6% and 96.3% one day, onemonth and three month after surgery respectively. The best corrected visual acuity equal or better than 0.8 threemonth after surgery was 82.5%. The mean effective phacoemulsification time was (4.8 ± 3.13) sec and meanphacoemulsification energy was (13.6 ± 7.32)%. The endothelial cell loss percentage was 14.95% three monthafter surgery. The astigmatism of the corneal were (0.72 ± 0.35) D and (0.77 ± 0.37) D one week and onemonth after surgery respectively. There was no operative complication except two intraocular lens were brokenduring implantation. Conclusions The bimanual microphacoemulsification and Acri.smart intraocular lensimplantation are safe and effective which can be performed through a 1.2mm incision.

目的评估双手微切口超声乳化及Acri.smart人工晶体植入术的安全性、有效性。方法对22例(27眼)老年性白内障患者行双手微切口超声乳化术,植入Acri.smart人工晶体。观察患者术后视力、超声乳化时间、角膜内皮丢失率、散光变化及手术并发症。结果术后1周、1月、3月裸眼视力≥0.5的患者所占比例分别为85.2%,92.6%,96.3%,术后3个月矫正视力≥0.8为82.5%。平均有效乳化时间(EPT)为(4.8±3.13)sec,平均乳化能量为(13.6±7.32)%。角膜内皮丢失率为14.95%,术后1周和1月的散光分别为(0.72±0.35)D,(0.77±0.37)D。所有患者术中均切口密闭,前房稳定,未出现角膜灼伤等并发症。2例早期患者术中出现晶体断裂。结论双手微切口超声乳化及Acri.smart人工晶体植入术是安全有效的,可以通过1.2mm微切口实现白内障手术。
