In this paper, the structure of He-Ne 6328 A laser with adjustable internal mirrors and with the cavity length of 1000mm. as well as 700mm. is present- ed. The effect of magnetic field on the output power is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. It is found, with the magnetic field on, the output power la higher by 30% in comparison with the He-Ne laser with external mirrors of the same cavity length. The laser is easy to construct and convenient for manipulation.

本文介绍的是腔长为1M和700mm的可调内腔式6328A He-Ne激光器,同 时对磁场对功率的影响作了初步的理论和实验分析。实践证明,这种激光器具有输出功 率高(比相同条件的外腔管高30%以上),工艺简单,使用方便等优点。

The dual frequency He-Ne Zeeman laser is a recently developed variety of He-Ne laser. In this paper, the principle, design and frequency stabilization of the dual frequency laser are presented. Emphasis is placed on those parameters peculiar to the dual frequency laser, while details common to most lasers are omitted. Measured results of the frequency stability are also presented.
