In all the divers varying degrees of heart rote decrease and electric instability were found,exhibited as high voltage, QRS-T electric altemans, early repolarization and frequent ventricular ectopic beats. In one diver with pronounced bradycardia, the above-mentioned changes were found even greater, and besides, very prominent ischemic ST-T changes lasting for hours occurred successively for 3 times. It was considered that all these changes may be related mainly to the enhancement of parasympathetic nervous activity under the specific hyperbaric condition.

本文在350m氦氧模拟饱和潜水的22天过程中,对4名男潜水员进行中午及夜晚睡眠时连续心电图监察。发现普遍有不同程度的心率减慢和心电不稳,表现为高电压、电交替、早期复极和异位搏动增多。其中1例原有显著心动过缓者,除以上变化更大外,还曾先后3次发生持续数小时的缺血型ST-T改变。作者认为,上述各种变化可能主要与高气压条件下副交感神经活动的增强有关。因而提出凡心率过慢者,应避免进入高气压环境。

心动周期信号(HPS)具有混沌特征,携带有自主神经功能信息。HPS的功率谱分析可以定量地评价交感、副交感神经活动的强弱及其相互作用。这种方法是测试自主神经系统功能的现代方法。我们利用自行研制的计算机化心动周期信号混沌分析系统,对217例正常人的心动周期信号进行了功率谱分析。本文介绍了研究中采用的功率谱指标(Pvv、Plv、Phv、Pvr、PlrPhr、Rvh、Rlh、Tfp),频率指标(Vfm、Lfm、Hfm、fm、fo)和混沌度Loc的意义以及它们与年龄的关系。研究表明,随着年龄的增加,交感活动加强,副交感的活动减弱,心脏的混沌程度逐步降低。50岁左右,有些指标的变化趋势与其它年龄段明显不同。

Conclusion: m-cpp exerts a powerful central hypotensive effect in which noradrenaline system and opiopeptidergic fibers participate whereas parasympathetic fiberk are not be involved.

目的:观察5-HT1受体介导的降压反应,方法:采用大鼠侧脑室注射5-HT1受体激动剂m-cpp;蛛网膜下腔注射α受体阻断剂Regitin或阿片肽受体阻断剂Naloxone,切断双侧颈迷走神经。测定其平均动脉压(mABP)和HR的变化。结果:侧脑室注射m-cpp引起明显降压效应,但心率无明显变化;蛛网膜下腔注射regitin和naloxone可翻转和部分翻转m-cpp所致的降压作用;切除双侧颈迷走神经不影响m-cpp所致的降压作用。结论:m-cpp有明显降压作用,其降压效应中有去甲肾上腺素系统和阿片肽能纤维的参与,与副交感神经的活动无关。
