The feature of intangibility of software which is in no way comparable to the hardware that is tangible often makes people ignore its existence and thus forms several erroneous zones. The fact that the overall amount of software exceeds that of hardware marks the progress of human history and symbolizes the brand new stage of social production. This article conducts an overall survey of the software commodities in the age of knowledge economy. At the moment, the important task is to release us from the simple and extensive unsophisticated labor and develop towards highly effective sophisticated intellectual labor. The transformation of agricultural increasing model is recognized to have much contribution to regional economic development. Thus, to a certain region and in a certain period, how to establish an appropriate increasing mode has great significance. In this paper, the basic framework for evaluating the transformation of agricultural increasing mode in a region is proposed, which includes 25 evaluating factors. The transformation of agricultural increasing model is recognized to have much contribution to regional economic development. Thus, to a certain region and in a certain period, how to establish an appropriate increasing mode has great significance. In this paper, the basic framework for evaluating the transformation of agricultural increasing mode in a region is proposed, which includes 25 evaluating factors. The empirical study from Wuzhou City shows that the agricultural increasing mode at present in Wuzhou City is still at a preliminary stage. Afterwards, the main reasons resulting in the current mode in Wuzhou City are discussed as follows: Firstly, the expenses on R&D and the professionals of agricultural technology are few, so contribution rate of agricultural technological progress is low; Secondly, though the agricultural output value and products have increased, the level of agricultural income is still relatively low; Thirdly, agri-ecological problems such as land and water loss, environmental pollution is growing serious. Accordingly, to cope with the above problems, it is argued measures as adding the fund of R&D, strengthening the construction of agricultural infrastructure, improving environment by reasonable fertilizer using and arable land protection, accelerating agricultural industrialization, should be carried out. Finally, it is suggested rules and regulations on sustainable land management should be launched out.

农业增长方式转变的实质是看增长依靠大量的土地、劳动和物质投入 ,还是依靠科技含量、劳动力素质和信息资源利用的提高。本着全面性、层次性、前瞻性和可操作性原则。从农业生产系统和保障系统的产出效率、技术革新、农村经济结构、资源集约化、农业生产条件现代化、生态环境、设施农业和市场化程度等角度出发 ,该文选择 2 5个因子作为参评变量 ,建立农业增长方式转变监测评价指标体系。对广西梧州市改革开放 2 0a来农业增长方式的转变进行了评估 ,提出 :技术革新、农业生产条件现代化和生态环境等问题已成为限制持续转变的瓶颈 ,今后农业发展的重点是加大科技投入 ,培养农业技术人才 ,增加农业生产的科学技术含量 ;完善农田水利设施建设 ,提高农业减灾抗灾能力 ,改善农田生态环境 ;促进农业产业化步伐 ,提高土地经营规模水平 ,提升农业生产市场化程度。在区域层次进行实证分析 ,提出农业增长方式转变的障碍因素和改进措施。
