Tidal current and pollutant dispersion field are approached with numerial simulation method.The results from the computation basically comform with the observation data, which provides a means for properly utilizing the physical purification capability of seawater for the maximum pollutant discharge into the bay under control. The investigation and the subsequent research work will further the efforts to protect the natural resources and environment within the bay, to strengthen future management and to promote scientific research relating to the bay.
