On the basis of the experiment Yasuda's formula was modified and adapted to PA-PET bicomponent fibre. Curvatures of bicomponent fibre were evaluated by using a computer to simulate variations of six parameters with a view to determining the influence of these parameters on the curvatures. This has helped to point out the ways to decrease the curvature radius and raise crimp properties.

本文对以往的卷曲理论作了总结和评论,提出偏心型复合纤维的卷曲机理.选择了安田公式数学模型,提出了简单的实验方法.测定了PA-PET偏心复合纤维的曲率半径,与安田公式的理论计算作了比较.在实验的基础上,对安田公式作了修正以适应PA-PET复合纤维的实际情况.借助计算机在各模拟条件下的计算,找到了六个参数对曲率半径的影响,为减小曲率半径提高卷曲性能指明了方向.

The time of diffusion pyrrole monomer in PET matrix, oxide-polymerization time in aqueous ferric chloride solution and temperature, concentration of aqueous ferric chloride solution and acidic degree(pH) have been investigated in detial, under the conditions: diffusion time of 2 hours, temperature of 0 ℃, concentration of 10wt%, pH of 1, oxide-polymerization time of 11 hours, the highly transparent and conducting polypyrrole-PET composite films have been prepared, their resistivity p<30Ωcm and trasmittance T_r>% (633nm).

首次在聚酯(PET)母体中化学合成了聚吡咯(PPy),获得了性能优良的透明导电PPy-PET复合膜,详细探索了吡咯单体在PET膜中扩散时间,FeCl_3水溶液浓度、酸度以及氧化聚合温度对合成的透明导电复合膜的影响。在最佳工艺条件:扩散时间为2h,温度为0℃,浓度为10wt%,pH为1,氧化聚合时间为11h下,获得的复合膜电阻率ρ≤30Ω.cm,透射率T_r≥70%。
