Heat transfer to medium and highly viscous non-Newtonian fluids in the fin-and -tube heat exchanger under the conditions of Re<2, 270 was studied. The correlation of heat transfer was also presented. The modified Wilson's method was used for processing the experimental data. In order to lessen the effect of flow maldistribution on the experimental results, a measurement method was put forward to study the flow distribution in the heat exchanger by determining the temperatures of fluids.

对管板式换热器在Re<2、270条件下中、高粘非牛顿流体传热进行了研究,并给出相应的关联式,传热数据处理采用修正Wilson算法。为了减少流动不均一分布对实验结果的影响,本文用测温法对换热器内流体流动分布进行了研究。
