In this paper we deal with the problem of elastic vibration of the cloud-loop system formed by the vehicle in rigid motion, its elastic vibration and the controller. Expressions for the frequencies and for the modes of vibration with regard to the closed-loop system are obtained. Conditions for the asympotic stability of the closed-loop system and for the controllability and observability are given.
