The mechanism of distorting of growing crystals (CaCO_3 and CaSO_4) owing to the presence the copolymer added was studied by x-raydiffraction and X-650SEM, The eopolymer enters into the growing crystals,distorts theerystals and shows down their growth rate thus making reduction in scale depositions.

作者以水作溶剂、过氧化物为引发剂,合成了顺丁烯二酸、乙酸乙烯酯与丙烯酸的三元共聚物,研究了影响共聚反应的因素。通过红外光谱和差热及热失重,测定了共聚物的结构和性质。试验结果表明,共聚物对油田矿化水具有较好防垢效果。本文讨论了溶液中Ca~(++)浓度、pH值和温度对共聚物防垢效果的影响。通过X-射线衍射和扫描电镜,探讨了共聚物使CaCO_3和CaSO_4晶体发生畸变的机理。晶体的变形将降低晶体的增长速率,从而减少了垢的沉积。

The effect of neodymium oxide (Nd2O3) on isothermal crystallization ofnylon 6 (PA6) was studied by means of Differential Scanning Calorimetry Theresults showed that Nd2O3 plays the role of nucleating agent.The crystallization growth rate of nylon 6 filled with Nd2O3 was increased.

比较了CO2对丙酮、环己酮、二甲基亚砜体积膨胀的影响和HMX(奥克托金)在上述三种溶剂中GAS重结晶时的析晶率。以丙酮为溶剂用CO2GAS重结晶,在一定的条件下可获得2~13μm。β-型HMX微细颗粒。考察了压力、温度、溶液初始浓度及溶液膨胀速率对GAS重结晶过程、晶粒大小和晶型的影响以及晶体的增长。结果表明,在8.0~12.0MPa、较低的温度和较低的溶液初始浓度条件下,可获得微细的β-型HMX颗粒。
