The correlation indicators of CCA elasticity was calculated. Factor analysis can be used to combine the correlation indicators of CCA elasticity to elastic factor. Elastic factor and indexes of CCA walls pulsate were disposed by Bivarite Correlations Analyze and Linear Regression Analyze. Results The correlation coefficients between time factor (T), velocity factor (V), accelerate factor (A), decelerate factor (D) and elastic factor were 0.132, 0.680, 0.735, 0.485, respectively. The regression equation: Y=0.757V+0.401A-0.459D. Conclusion Velocity index, accelerate index and decelerate index of CCA walls pulsate all can be used for evaluating CCA elasticity of healthy adult. The velocity index was the closest index related with elasticity and was the best representation in all indexes of CCA walls pulsate. The rapider velocity of CCA walls pulsate was, the better elasticity was. The relations between accelerate index, decelerate index and elasticity were in the next place.
