Esterase isozymic patterns revealed by disc-polyacrylamide gel elec-trophoresis were studied in some varieties of radish (Raphanus sativus L. subsp. hubernus Alef. ) and the intravarietic combination in hybrid of radish.

小麦不同抗赤霉病品种幼苗和不同品种幼苗感染赤霉病菌(Gibberella zeae(Schw.)Potch).其过氧化物酶,酯酶同工酶的酶谱具有明显的差异,感品种(2个)比抗病品种(2个)和耐病品种(2个)的过氧化物酶,酯酶同工酶活■更高,且酶带数目、颜色深浅、宽窄程度上都有差弱。这种小麦幼苗同工酶的差异,可作为比较不同品种抗赤霉病的生化依据,并为抗病有种及引种提供参考。
