Method: To pick up 10 objects out of 32 radiologists who have been engaged over ten years on radioisotope diagnosis and show obvious chronic fatigue syndrome. Next to divide them into group before protection(BG),group after protection(AG) and control group (CG). Then to determine their sub-T,IL-2Rand NK cells with FACS. Result: Compared...

Objective: To observe medical radiation environment effect on radiologists' sub-T, CD25 (IL-2R), NK(CD16) cells before and after their taking antifatigue capsule I for protection. Method: To pick up 10 objects out of 32 radiologists who have been engaged over ten years on radioisotope diagnosis and show obvious chronic fatigue syndrome. Next to divide them into group before protection(BG),group after protection(AG) and control group (CG). Then to determine their sub-T,IL-2Rand NK cells with FACS. Result: Compared with BG,AG indicates the growing number in CD3 of T cells, in CD8of sub-T cells, while the number of CD4 decreases slightly, that of CD4/CD8 falls, and that of CD25 and CD16 rises with statistical significance (P<0.05, 0.01). Compared with CG, BG shows the small number in CD3, CD4,CD8,CD16andCD25(P<0.05, 0.01), while the specific value of CD4/CD8 appears abnormal rising etc. Conclusion: Medical radiation environment will damage hemopoietic organ with the expression of sub-T cells, CD25 and CD16 cells. Antifatigue capsule I might have good effect of radioresistance and can improve the cell immunocompetence.

目的:现察介入放射诊疗人员防护前后的 T细胞亚群、IL-2R(CD25)、NK细胞(CD16)的影响.方法:左32名放射科人员中选择从事介入放射诊疗10年以上,慢性疲劳症状突出者10人为现察对象;使用功能性食品抗疲I号胶囊防护,设防护前组(BG)、防护后组 (AG)、对照组(CG),使用流式细胞仪测定防护前后的 T细胞亚群、CD25、CD16。结果:AG与BG相比,总T细胞CD3上升,亚群中的CD8呈上升,CD4略有下降,CD4/CD8下降,CD25和CD16上升(P<0.05,P<0.01);BG与CG相比,CD3、CD4、CD8、CD16、CD25均呈低下水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),CD4/CD8。比值出现异常升高等.结论:长期从事医疗辐射环境在危害机体造血的同时,也危害T细胞亚群及 T细胞 CD16、CD25的表达,I胶囊有明显的改善造血、调节细胞免疫功能的抗辐射作用.
