On the contrary, the experiments on allo-testes transplantation and heterotopic testes transplantation in one breed of pigs showed large doses of irradiation result in immune-suppression, this method can inhibit the immune reject reaction on the pig's transplanted organ, especially delay and lessen the stage and degree of acute reject reaction and prolong living stage of the transplanted organ.

综合我们几年来进行的10项研究。从下述三方面阐述激光对畜禽免疫机能的影响。 1.低能量氦氖激光照射健康马与鸡的某部可提高马的体液免疫,细胞免疫及非特异性免疫,并能增强关节局部的生物学免疫机能和提高关节的防御机能。可提高鸡的体液免疫。 2.低能量氦氖激光照射牛的某部是治疗奶牛隐性乳房炎及犊牛下痢的有效方法。 3.较大剂量的氦氖激光照射家畜的某部可抑制机体的免疫机能,通过我们所作的猪的同种异体,异位睾丸移植试验证明、用较大剂量的氦氖激光照射猪的某部有抑制猪器官移植免疫排斥反应的作用,表现为激光照射组可推迟和减轻急性排斥反应的时间和程度并能延长移植器官的存活时间。

Rejection is the most important cause of corneal grafting failure.Steroid hormone and cytotoxic chemical agents are not always satisfactory for corneal rejection.In this paper penetrating corneal xenograft model was made and the effect of cyclosporin A(CsA) a new immanosuppressive rejection inhibiting agent was observed in cases of different adiministration routes within a period of 30 days.The corneal grafting were examined with the light microscope and electron microscope.The experimental results were as follows: CsA was indeed found to inhibit immune rejection to prolong the clear time of xenografts and had no effect to the healing of wound.The clear time of all xenografts was over 30 days except one case.Combined application of steroid hormone and CsA can keep graft clear and reduced the dosage of both medicines as well.

排斥反应是角膜移植手术失败最重要的原因。激素及细胞毒性化学制剂对角膜移植排斥反应的治疗并不尽如人意。本文采用异种穿透性角膜移植模型,对新型免疫抑制剂——环孢霉素 A(CsA)在不同用药途径下,抑制角膜排斥反应作用的效果进行了30天实验观察及光镜、电镜检查。结果为:CsA 确能抑制免疫排斥反应,延长植片透明时间,不影响创口愈合,除1例外,植片透明均超过30天。CsA 与激素联合应用可减少各自药量并保持植片透明。

The result of 255 cases (256 eyes) of pene-trating keratoplasty were reported. The graftswere transparent in 96.09% of cases andopaque in 3.91%. The vision of all the caseswas less than 0.1 before operation and was im-proved in 90.83% cases postoperatively. Thoseeyes dropped with 0.5% cyclosporin Apostoperatively showed remarkable effects forprovention and treatment of the rejective reac-tion.

本文共做角膜移植术255例(256眼)。植片透明率高达96.09%,混浊者为3.91%。术前视力均低于0.1,术后视力提高率为90.83%,达到当前国内最佳水平。眼局部滴用环孢霉素A,有明显防治排斥反应的作用。
