生物接触氧化法的填料不仅安装复杂、而且无法解决填料堵塞问题,致使处理效果受到影响。以悬浮填料作为生物载体的生物粒子浮动床工艺,不仅填料安装简单而且彻底解决了填料堵塞问题,大大提高了处理效果。试验表明,生物粒子浮动床工艺完全适用于城市污水和有机废水的处理,对于一般城市污水浮动床曝气时间为1h、填料填充率为75%时,CODCr、BOD5的去除率分别可达到89.1%、95.5%,出水CODCr、BOD5的绝对值均达到我国城市污水二级处理的出水标准。试验表明,悬浮粒子浮动床工艺容积负荷高,可达5.5kgBOD5/m3·d,是一种经济高效的处理工艺。
