The interpenetrating polymer coating is made by synthetic method. It consists of two main components. One constitute is acrylic resin made by acrylic monomers with hydroxyl, the other is prepolymer polyurethane made by toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and castor oil. Acrylonitrile and styrene are added to the coating, so the polymer coating is made up of polyurethane, acrylic resin, polyacrylonitrile and polystyrene. The performance of the coating such as corrosion resistance, attrition resistance, anti chemical...

The interpenetrating polymer coating is made by synthetic method. It consists of two main components. One constitute is acrylic resin made by acrylic monomers with hydroxyl, the other is prepolymer polyurethane made by toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and castor oil. Acrylonitrile and styrene are added to the coating, so the polymer coating is made up of polyurethane, acrylic resin, polyacrylonitrile and polystyrene. The performance of the coating such as corrosion resistance, attrition resistance, anti chemical and so on increase greatly. The reacted groups are searched with FIIR figure, showing that the main reacting group is -NCO and -OH. The effected facts such as catalyst and stabled agent are discussed. The amount of the catalyst is 0.02?% and the amount of the stabled agent is 0.5?%, which are the best selection.

St/BA/AN water-borne emulsion is prepared by using four feeding monomer methods.The emulsion properties, the latex particles size and its distributing, the conversion of monomer are determined by means of the feeding method. The results show that the properties of emulsion using semi-continuance method are better than that using batch and alldripping method. The conversion of monomer is very high and the properties of coatings film are excellent.

在相同的配方条件下,采用乳液聚合合成了St/BA/AN水性涂料乳液,考察了单体加料方式对乳液性能、乳胶粒子大小及分布、单体转化率的影响.结果表明:采用批量法和全滴加法不能制得性能优良的水性乳液,而半连续法制得的水性乳液性能优良,单体的转化率高达95%,涂膜效果好.
